About Bonnie
Writing is Bonnie’s second career, and no one is more surprised than she that God called her into a writing ministry. Unlike most authors who always had the desire to write, Bonnie had no such desire. In fact, the thought that she would ever be writing books never crossed her mind – until God suddenly changed the path she had planned for herself.
Bonnie has a powerful and inspiring testimony about how God’s hand charted the course of her life in preparing her for this writing journey, and ultimately opened the way and the doors to being published. It will challenge anyone who questions how, what, when, why and where, things occur along the path of life – especially when praying for His will, plan and purpose, as she was doing.
Now, she knows why He led her to this path, and feedback from readers and her mentoring and coaching activities provide consistent confirmation of that. She writes straight from the heart to convey principles based in the Word of God. Her works are full of prayer, interwoven with life experiences, observations, and the sincere desire to point others to God in creative ways. Her books are centered in real, relative life issues that readers identify with, and are encouraged by.
Nothing is more fulfilling to Bonnie than sharing the encouraging and fundamental message that when a chapter closes in life, we can trust God for a new beginning – because in Him there is always a hope and a future.
Her writing career has led to wonderful opportunities to mentor, inspire and speak a word of encouragement to others. It gives her great joy to hear about, or see the seed of possibility take root and begin to grow. This reaffirms that God is truly AWESOME, and He always has a plan that reaches beyond our own lives!
Bonnie is a graduate of University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff,Arkansas, (formerly A.M.& N.College). She currently resides in the Houston,Texas area.
